A Year of Inkscapes - June

My calendar panel for June aims to capture the bright blue skies of summer.

Inks are applied with a mix of Clarity Stencil brushes and round Ranger Ink blending tools and a lot of elbow grease! Sentiments were all positioned with the assistance of a MISTI stamp positioning tool.

Inks: Distress Inks - Peacock Feathers, Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire. Stampin' Up - Lost Lagoon, Coastal Cabana, Soft Sky
Stamps: Stampinback - Idiot Flowers, Sentiment Quietfire
Stencils: Imagination Bay Leaf

  1. I love the vertical emphasis balanced by the horizontal swirls of the sentiment I cannot decide whether it's a treescape or underwater bubbly scene & decided on the latter because of those lovely elegant 'bubbles' rising from the coral 'stalagmites.'

  2. This is beautiful Elaine - I love the vertical flower towers, very unusual and very striking. So sorry I haven't been a very good blogger lately - I have been meaning to catch up with you.
Hope all is well with you,
