Alphatags B

Here is my second tag for the Chocolate Baroque Guild alphatag swap. By the end of the year those taking part will have a whole alphabet of tags from other members which will be a real pleasure. I wish I had a better picture but I struggle so much to get photos in day light before I need to post things off.

This is a mini version of the canvas I did a while back. I used the Honeybee set. I stamped in black archival, watercoloured and shaded with DIs and made bees which were decoupaged on, using Angelina fibres for the wings and highlighting the bodies with Glossy Accents. I highlighted the wings of the smaller bees with white pen.

Better buzz off to work now!

  1. An absolute beauty this one & I love the detail with those Angelina fibres. I love the way the edging of your ribbon echoes the honeycomb shaping too.

  5. Such a bright cheery tag. Whoever received this one certainly received a treasure. The colours are so warm and the bees are beautiful, the wings are stunning in the fibres.
